Terms of Use

You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial information purposes and to engage us about our services. You may not (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access; (c) interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or (d) use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content.

You confirm that any information you submit through forms or the Assessment is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to disclose it. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or competitively sensitive business information through the Site — share only the level of detail appropriate for a pre-engagement conversation. A formal engagement, where required, will be governed by a signed mutual non-disclosure and services agreement.

You grant Architronics a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the information you submit (i) to respond to your enquiry, (ii) to generate and deliver your Assessment report, and (iii) in anonymised, aggregated form that cannot be traced back to you or your organisation, to improve our benchmark dataset and industry research. We will not publish identifiable details about your organisation without prior written consent.

The Assessment is provided as an indicative diagnostic tool. The scores, bands, and recommendations it produces are derived from self-reported inputs and our benchmark dataset, and are intended to support directional conversations only. They are not professional advice, an audit, a certification, a guarantee of outcomes, or a substitute for tailored advisory work. Decisions you make on the basis of the Assessment are made at your own risk.

We may revise the Assessment methodology, dimensions, weightings, and benchmarks from time to time without notice.

All content on the Site — including text, design, code, the AI Maturity Index framework, methodology, capability model, and brand assets — is owned by Architronics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The report you receive is for your internal use only.

Browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or completing the Assessment does not on its own create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or contractual relationship. Any engagement begins only when a written services agreement is signed by both parties.

The Site and Assessment are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architronics, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Assessment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to ZAR 1 000.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold Architronics harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) information you submit that is unlawful or that you were not authorised to disclose, or (c) your misuse of the Site or Assessment output.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability and provide such links for convenience only.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute.
