Cookie Policy
A short, plain-English summary of the cookies and similar technologies we use, and how you can change your choices at any time.
LAST UPDATED · 30 JUNE 2026
This policy explains what cookies are, which categories we use on architronics.co.za, and how you can manage them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. It helps the site remember your actions and preferences. We also use comparable technologies such as localStorage to remember your cookie preferences — those are governed by this policy too.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (routing, security, remembering your cookie choice, form submission). These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — optional. Helps us understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful and where to improve. Only loaded after you consent.
- Marketing — optional. Used to measure the effectiveness of any future campaigns. We do not run third-party marketing cookies today; this category exists so your choice is recorded if we add them later.
We do not use cookies to build profiles for sale or to track you across unrelated websites.
3. Managing your preferences
When you first visit, we ask whether you want to Accept all, Allow necessary only, or customise the categories. You can change your choice at any time using the button below; this will clear your stored preference and re-open the cookie banner.
You can also clear your browser's cookies and site data, or use private/incognito mode to browse without persistent storage.
Current preference: none recorded yet.
4. Changes
We may update this policy when our cookie use changes. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the current version.
