THE FRAMEWORK

Five phases. Capability before systems, by design.

A structured path from a maturity baseline to a self-sufficient AI operating model. The order matters: we raise what you can absorb before we build what you have to run.

01BEACHHEAD

Assess

The AI Maturity Index. We diagnose where you actually stand — and the ceiling of what you can absorb today.

Every engagement starts with evidence, not assumptions. We score your organisation across six dimensions, surface the absorption gap, and turn it into a baseline we can measure progress against.

02

Align

Leadership alignment, vision, governance, security, and the success metrics we'll hold ourselves to.

AI fails politically before it fails technically. We align the executive on where AI pays, who owns outcomes, and what good looks like — with governance and security designed in from the first diagram.

03

Build Capability

We raise every employee through the capability model — literacy to mastery — and find your internal champions.

This is the beachhead doing its work. We assess each employee, lift them through Literacy → Fluency → Mastery, set standards, and identify the internal champions who will carry the change after we leave.

04THE BUILD

Build & Deploy

A lighthouse build in the first 60–90 days, then the intelligent systems your new capability can run: tools, agents, workflows.

Capability without a win is just training. We ship a visible lighthouse build early to prove the model and fund the rollout — then build the production systems your newly-capable teams can own and extend: tools, agents, automation, enterprise rollout.

05

Scale

Continuous optimisation, internal innovation, a durable AI operating model. We design ourselves out.

Success isn't a launch — it's a system that keeps improving without us. We stand up an AI operating model, internal communities, and knowledge-sharing, then deliberately design ourselves out of the critical path.

START

Start at phase one.

Every engagement begins with the AI Maturity Index — a baseline, not a pitch.
